If the reports were true that the Telangana cabinet meeting is to be held on 2nd November 2019 then it is likely that the primary agenda of the meeting could be TSRTC strike.

The cabinet might approve the KCR’s new TSRTC policy of increasing private buses, rented buses according to the new Transportation law as directed by the central government.

Let us hope the strike would soon come to a stop and give people releif from the transportation inconvenience.
